Campus House exterior

Campus House

Campus House, is one of the university's five original buildings and became the perfect location to create a “hands-on” laboratory for Buffalo State’s hospitality program.

Opened in 2002, the substantial SUNY investment resulted in a dynamic teaching-and-research laboratory. Faculty and staff (current or retired), alumni, and friends of the university would now have access to spaces for dining, networking, meeting, and special occasions.

Culinary, Baking, and Food Labs

Architectural changes in the original floor plan of Caudell Hall resulted in expansion of the culinary, baking, and food labs on the first and second floors. These state-of-the-art labs are where students develop culinary experience and expertise to manage kitchens and other food-related facilities.
