Michael White focuses on operations, revenue management, and business intelligence programs mostly in the restaurant space. He lectures on computer applications in the Hospitality and Tourism Department and introduction to food preparation in the Nutrition and Dietetics department.
Michael holds a B.S. in hospitality management from Buffalo State College and a M.M.H. from Cornell University's School for Hotel Administration. He is currently a Senior Analyst for Fishbowl Inc., conducting econometric pricing research, strategic menu engineering, and campaign analysis for national restaurant brands. He has also partnered with colleagues to open a fast casual pizza brand in Ontario, Canada.
Previously, Michael has worked for the National Restaurant Association in Chicago and was in operations management for Delaware North, TGI Fridays, and Tim Hortons.
