Beaujolais Nouveau is France's most popular wine sold in the same year it was harvested. On the third Thursday of November, known to wine enthusiasts around the world as "Beaujolais Day" the vintage is released from producers, who race to get the first bottles to the market. At Campus House, we join the celebration. Each year, our chef creates an outstanding six-course menu with a contemporary take on classic haute cuisine, while our certified wine specials pairs elegant, high-end Beaujolais nouveau wines to complement each course.
